Our History
Since our founding in 2009, Hantai has grown from a 7-production-line startup to a global leader in thermal insulation manufacturing, with key milestones shaping our journey:
• 2009: Foundation & Technological Breakthrough
Our founding team launched China’s first firesleeve with double polymer silicone rubber, establishing Hantai New Materials with 7 production lines.
• 2012: R&D Department Establishment
We built our in-house R&D center led by Dr. Yang (PhD in high-temperature materials and nanotechnology), laying the foundation for our product innovation.
• 2014–2019: Continuous Expansion
We expanded our production capacity multiple times, growing to 30 weaving lines and 15 coating lines, and developed China’s first industrial-grade firesleeve.
• 2021–2022: 3rd Expansion & Capacity Upgrade
We scaled our sleeve production to 40 weaving lines and 30 coating lines, with an annual output of 2.5 million meters for firesleeve products, and expanded our warehouse to ensure fast delivery.
• 2024: Technological Breakthrough & Global Layout
We integrated 3D scanning technology into production to boost efficiency, and established HANTAI (NINGGUO) IMPORT AND EXPORT COMPANY LIMITED to optimize our global supply chain, bringing our premium insulation solutions to customers worldwide.
